The Crocs classic clog does not have a lugged sole traction. When you take a look at the shape of the sole, you would observe that the sole is not as high and robust as that of the Crocs all-terrain clog.
If you take a closer look at both clogs, you would observe the evident differences between them. Furthermore, the Crocs all-terrain clog has a higher contour than that of the Crocs classic clog.
If you take a look at the elevation of both soles, Crocs all-terrain clog is higher than that of the classic clog.
This means that when you walk with the Crocs all-terrain clog, you would feel elevated and taller than that of the classic clog. This is because of the sole.
Crocs all-terrain clog has a higher chunky sole when compared to that of the classic clog.
The traction pattern underneath the outsole of the all-terrain clog has a chunky pattern that that of the classic clog.
Because of this, when you walk with the classic all-terrain clog, you would feel more stable and steady than that of the classic clog.
The chunky sole also prevents your feet from feeling the hard surface of the floor. This is one of the major differences between the Crocs all-terrain clog and that Crocs classic clog.
Toe Space
If you observe both of these clogs, you would realize a difference in the toe region of both clogs.
The toe-cap region of both clogs has ventilation ports that allow air to pass through for comfort and convenience. However, the number of openings at the toe-cap region of both clogs differ.
The Crocs classic clog has 8 openings at the toe-cap region that allows air to pass through in a much greater volume and quantity.

Crocs classic clog has 40 different colors from which you can select from while Crocs all-terrain clog has 8 different colors from which you can make your selection.
For the Crocs classic clog, you have the advantage to choose between wide ranges of colors.
However, for the Crocs all-terrain clog, you have just a few rounds of colors to choose from and this might not be beneficial to you if you have a different color preference from the ones available.
The colors that come with the Crocs all-terrain clog are more graphic and appealing. I love the graphic prints that come with them and this might be appealing to you as well.
Adjustable strap material
The adjustable strap of Crocs classic clog is made of rubber/plastic while that of Crocs all-terrain clog is made of leather material.
Although, this does not affect the functionality of both straps. Both straps function well and adjust easily.
This is just another difference that is obvious to the eyes.
Once you check the adjustable straps, you are going to be able to tell the difference between both clogs.
